Let’s talk about something nobody wants to admit: sometimes all this “healing” is actually what’s wearing you out. You’re journaling under every moon phase, saging your house like you’re about to perform an exorcism, pulling tarot cards like your life depends on it—and still wondering why you feel like a spiritually fried chicken nugget.
Here’s the thing: you’re not broken, and you don’t need to be constantly fixing yourself. Growth doesn’t mean being on a 24/7 self-help hamster wheel. Sometimes the most spiritual thing you can do is rest, unplug, and admit that your soul is tired of being “optimized.”
